Fighting With Redemption (Paperback)

This book about growing up in the 50's and 60's in a close knit neighborhood in Dayton, Ohio. Follow the ornery, humorous, and poignant antics of a core group of friends as they grow up from preteen, teen, and on into adulthood. With high school came girls, dances, cars, fights, experimenting with alcohol, and getting our real secondary education at the Cue & Bridge pool-hall. After school several of our core friends went to Vietnam and experienced the horrors of war, stealing our youth and scarring us both physically and mentally leaving us to deal with the after effects of agent orange and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Travel this journey with our core group of friends on this long winding and at times very bumpy road. Read how some of our group overcame our troubled past and hardships to find peace and redemption and some did not.
